Paso Robles, CA – May 6th, 2025 — LANDSBY Wines proudly announces its official debut—a boutique wine label born from the land and driven by the shared vision of husband-and-wife duo Oliver and Natalie. Drawing from deep roots in regenerative agriculture and thoughtful winemaking, LANDSBY represents a new generation of Paso Robles vintners—farmers, artists, and entrepreneurs carving their own legacy in California’s Central Coast.
Oliver, Winemaker and Vineyard Manager for the acclaimed Villa Creek Cellars and MAHA Estate, brings to Landsby his expertise in biodynamic and regenerative organic farming practices. With a reputation for crafting expressive, site-driven wines at one of the region’s most forward-thinking estates, Oliver now expands his attention to his family’s own label—a creative and deeply personal project with Natalie at his side.
LANDSBY, meaning “village” in Danish, is a reflection of the couple’s belief that great wine begins with community: the people who farm it, the land that supports it, and the connections built over a shared bottle. With a commitment to sourcing sustainable viticulture and
low-intervention winemaking, every bottle tells a story—of season, soil, and spirit.
To celebrate this milestone, LANDSBY Wines invites the public to a rare opportunity to taste the wines and meet the family behind the label at their official launch event on Memorial Day Weekend — Sunday, May 25th from 12 PM to 3 PM, hosted by FINCA in Paso Robles.
