April 30, 2025 (Modena) — Not just a simple winery tour, but a sensory and convivial journey that immerses every guest into the vibrant heart of Ventiventi. Founded in 2020 from the dream of the Razzaboni family, Ventiventi is a young and dynamic winery that, with an innovative vision and energetic spirit, has successfully enhanced the value of the Emilia region through certified organic production and the adoption of the Metodo Classico as its signature style.

With a 70-hectare estate and 30 hectares of vineyards, the winery embraces sustainability, research, and artisanal care, overseeing the entire production process to offer authentic and characterful wines.
Hospitality at Ventiventi is a journey that evolves with the seasons, offering guests exclusive and unique experiences. During the winter, the winery opens its doors every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening for reservation-only dinners, featuring an à la carte menu that celebrates the local flavors with an innovative twist.
The selection changes according to the seasonality of the ingredients and can be paired with a glass, a bottle, or special tasting packages, allowing guests to match three different wines with the dishes offered.
The hospitality experience change in Spring/Summer season, and starting in May, the format expands: on the ground floor, guests can enjoy aperitifs with a dedicated menu of tapas and cold dishes paired with the winery’s wines, while on the first floor, on the terrace, they can experience the magic of a sunset-view dinner in a refined and relaxed atmosphere.
Summer evenings become even more captivating with live DJ sets providing the perfect soundtrack to accompany sunset aperitifs and dinners under the stars.
Further strengthening the bond between Ventiventi and its territory are the Vineyard Picnics, organized twice a month between June and July. This immersive experience among the vines begins with a welcome glass, after which each guest receives a picnic basket with their selected wine and is guided to a private, specially prepared row, ensuring privacy and tranquility.
Guests can choose between two menu options — traditional or vegetarian — both consisting of four courses and a dessert. In addition to regular openings, Ventiventi provides the perfect setting for private and corporate events, offering its spaces for team building activities, meetings, corporate dinners, parties, private ceremonies, weddings, birthdays, and much more. Each event is tailor-made, ensuring flawless organization and a level of hospitality that transforms every moment into a cherished memory.
Hospitality means sharing, storytelling, and offering an authentic and engaging way to experience wine. Ventiventi is not just a stop along the way, but an experience that leaves a lasting memory — a journey through the roots of the region and the vibrant energy of a young, forward-looking winery.
About Ventiventi
It all began in 2014 with the acquisition of the land, aiming to root a dream in the Emilia region, where in Medolla (MO) the 70-hectare estate, 30 of which are vineyards, and the winery are located. The choice of land was not accidental. The alluvial soil, with 45% clay, 47% silt, and 8% sand, provides an ideal habitat for the vine. With the first planting in 2016, the roots are not just those of the vines, but those of a family ready to care for every row and every shoot, knowing that patience is the first ingredient for success.
The first harvest in 2018 marks the result of years of waiting and hard work, but it is only the beginning. The real turning point came in 2020, the year that, not by chance, gave the winery its name. With the official release of the first wines, Ventiventi entered the market and began making its way in a competitive and ever-evolving sector. The choice of the Metodo Classico, the commitment to sustainability, and obsessive attention to quality proved to be the key to standing out.
The approach focuses on enhancing local grape varieties, such as Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce, Sorbara, Ancellotta, and Pignoletto, alongside international varieties like Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Traminer. Today, production exceeds 66,000 bottles, including Metodo Classico, Charmat, and still wines.
“Our project stands out because it represents the synthesis of three different visions and approaches. Working together as brothers isn’t always easy, but it is precisely in this complexity that we find our strength,” say the Razzaboni brothers, Andrea, Riccardo, and Tommaso. The enthusiasm for the challenge is reflected in the entire production philosophy, where the young, dynamic, and family-oriented approach is a value added, turning into unique market offerings.
Since November 2023, Ventiventi has been part of the FIVI – Italian Federation of Independent Winemakers – a decision that strengthens the company’s identity and certifies its authentic and transparent approach.
