Santa Rosa, California (June 3, 2025) – Balletto Vineyards is excited to announce the hiring of Kevin DeMartini as its new Controller. Kevin, a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over a decade of experience in the wine and beverage industry, brings a proven track record of transforming financial data into actionable strategies.

Kevin’s career spans leadership roles at some notable wineries, like Clos Du Val Winery, where he spearheaded all financial operations and innovated budgeting processes from the ground up. At companies such as Vintage Wine Estates and TerrAscend, Kevin built robust strategies that helped drive profitability even in rapidly changing markets.

A Sonoma County native, Kevin is a third-generation local who is deeply connected to the community that Balletto Vineyards calls home. His personal and professional roots in the area align perfectly with Balletto’s mission to support and celebrate the local people and businesses.

Beyond his career, you’ll find Kevin hiking, reading, or playing guitar. An accomplished athlete, he has also completed two full marathons and countless shorter races. His blend of discipline, passion, and community focus mirrors the core values at Balletto Vineyards.

Kevin holds an Executive MBA in Wine Business from Sonoma State University and a B.S. in Economics with an accounting emphasis from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
