Ventiventi at the London Wine Fair 2025

Olympia London – May 19th –21st 2025 – Booth K34B

May 16, 2025 — Ventiventi Winery is pleased to announce its participation in the London Wine Fair 2025, taking place from May 19 to 21 at Olympia London. Visitors will find Ventiventi at booth K34B, where the winery will showcase its flagship labels, including the Pas Dosé Metodo Classico 2020, a refined blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Lambrusco di Sorbara.

Alongside the fair, Ventiventi will also take part in the Wine Travel Awards Ceremony 2024–2025, scheduled for May 20th from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm in the Gallery Suite at Olympia London. The Wine Travel Awards Walk-Around Tasting is one of the most anticipated events of the London Wine Fair, offering attendees a unique opportunity to explore a curated selection of wines from around the world. During the tasting, visitors can freely sample wines from WTA members and engage directly with producers, wine ambassadors, and wine tourism representatives.

Ventiventi’s presence at both prestigious events highlights the winery’s commitment to promoting the excellence of Italian wine and enhancing the value of the Emilia region through high-quality wine tourism experiences. On these occasions, Ventiventi will present a curated selection of wines that reflect its dedication to elegance and innovation, with a particular focus on the Metodo Classico, the true jewel of its production.

Among the key wines at the fair is the Blanc de Blanc, a pure and refined expression made from 100% Pignoletto grapes, showcasing an ideal balance of structure and freshness. It will be accompanied by the Ventiventi Brut and Ventiventi Pas Dosé, two distinct takes on the Metodo Classico: the Brut, rounder and more accessible, combines Chardonnay with Lambrusco di Sorbara, while the Pas Dosé, a blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Lambrusco di Sorbara, is drier and more linear, tailored for those who appreciate verticality and precision in taste.
The lineup also includes the Ventiventi Rosé, a refined rosé Metodo Classico with fruity and mineral notes, and the bolder, more structured Rouge de Noirs, made from Lambrusco Salamino Santa Croce. Elegant, deep, and surprisingly vertical, it challenges the notion that this grape is only suitable for sparkling reds.
Alongside its sparkling wines, La Vie and Happy Selvaggio Ancestrale round out the portfolio. The former is a sparkling wine produced with the Charmat Method with a modern style, while the latter is a lively, authentic ancestral wine that captures the spontaneous and artisanal spirit of the Ventiventi project.

Metodo Classico is more than a process—it’s time transformed into an ingredient, it’s respect for raw material, and the desire to highlight authenticity without compromise,” says Riccardo Razzabonithe winery’s oenologist. “Ventiventi has built its identity on freshness, minerality, and a vision that values lightness without ever sacrificing depth. The result is a range of sparkling wines that reflect the character of Modena’s territory in a new light—where Metodo Classico isn’t just an homage to an international style, but an authentic interpretation of Emilian roots”, concludes Riccardo Razzaboni.

About Ventiventi
It all began in 2014 with the acquisition of the land—an effort to root a dream in the heart of Emilia, in Medolla (MO), where the estate now spans 70 hectares, 30 of which are vineyards, and houses the winery. The choice of location was intentional: the alluvial soil, composed of 45% clay, 47% silt, and 8% sand, provides an ideal environment for grape growing. With the first vineyard planted in 2016, the roots grew not just for the vines, but also for the family, committed to tending every vine and every shoot, with patience as the key ingredient to success.

The first harvest in 2018 was the result of years of care and dedication, but it was only the beginning. The true turning point came in 2020, the year that would lend its name to the winery. With the official launch of its first wines, Ventiventi entered a highly competitive and ever-evolving market. The choice to focus on Metodo Classico, its commitment to sustainability, and uncompromising attention to quality became its path to distinction. The winery celebrates both local grape varieties, such as Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce, Sorbara, Ancellotta, and Pignoletto, and international varieties like Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Traminer. Today, the winery produces over 66,000 bottles across Metodo Classico, Charmat, and still wines.

Since November 2023, Ventiventi has been a proud member of the FIVI – Italian Federation of Independent Winegrowers, a choice that reaffirms the winery’s authentic and transparent ethos.
