Sokol Blosser Launches New Evolution Mobile Wine Bar
Dayton, Ore – May 15, 2025 – As part of its ongoing campaign to reach more wine drinkers in new places, Sokol Blosser, a family-owned legacy winery in Willamette Valley, is rolling out a custom-designed wine bar on wheels. The new Evolution Wine Bar will debut at the Portland Rose Festival on May 23 serving Evolution wines by-the-glass and signature frosés.

“In the face of so many headwinds in the wine industry, we’re ‘thinking outside the winery’ to meet wine drinkers where they are,” said Sokol Blosser President Alex Sokol Blosser. “We’re not waiting for people to come to us. Now that we’ve got wheels, we can introduce more people to our wines at events ranging from outdoor concerts to community festivals and more across the Portland area.”
Sokol Blosser’s Evolution Wine Bar is a retro-style trailer sporting a custom design that fits with the Evolution brand’s casual, fun, energetic vibe. The interior is outfitted with wine chillers, frosé machines and reusable keepsake cups. Evolution wines and exclusive frosé will average $10-$15 per glass, and bottles will be sold where and when permitted.
The first stop for the Evolution Wine Bar will be the Portland Rose Festival’s 10-day City Fair at Tom McCall Waterfront Park from May 23 – June 8. (Sokol Blosser is the exclusive wine partner of the 2025 Rose Festival.)
