Celebrate Colorado Mountain Winefest One Last Time Before We Uncork a New Festival Experience in 2026

May 1, 2025 (PALISADE, CO) — The Colorado Association for Viticulture & Enology (CAVE), is excited to announce additional details for this year’s Colorado Mountain Winefest and some exciting changes coming to the festival in 2026.

The 34th Annual Colorado Mountain Winefest presented by Fisher’s Liquor Barn will take place Saturday, September 20, 2025 against the stunning backdrop of Riverbend Park in Palisade, CO. The Festival in the Park is an all-inclusive wine-tasting event that welcomes attendees from across the globe and features an exceptional lineup of Colorado wines. This year’s festival will include endless opportunities to taste the finest offerings from 45 wineries. Join fellow wine lovers and celebrate Colorado’s largest wine festival, which was voted Best Wine Festival in the Nation by USA Today!

Between unlimited wine sips, attendees may shop from curated artisan vendors, enjoy live music from Ronnie Raygun and the Big Eighties, and participate in our Silent Disco, Grape Stomp, Ice Carving and Ice Luge, Chef Demonstrations, and Educational Seminars. Gourmet food options from food trucks and vendors will be available.

In addition, General Admission attendees will receive a commemorative wine glass and wine tote, and access to our free wine storage tent. VIP attendees enjoy access to our shaded VIP Pavilion and receive a commemorative Riedel crystal wine glass, a wine tote filled with special gifts, and access to our concierge wine storage. VIP guests can also indulge in a selection of fresh gourmet dishes sourced from local vendors. General Admission, VIP, and Non-Drinker tickets are available for purchase at www.ColoradoWinefest.com.

This year’s Colorado Mountain Winefest will honor “A Toast to Tradition” as we celebrate the final year of the festival’s classic format. In 2026, the event will undergo a bold and exciting new evolution, with details to be announced soon. Those wishing to enjoy the traditional Winefest experience one last time are encouraged to purchase tickets early, as prices will increase as we approach the event.

“Each year, Colorado Mountain Winefest brings together thousands of passionate wine lovers to celebrate the craftsmanship and community behind Colorado wine,” said Cassidee Shull, Executive Director of CAVE. “This year’s ‘Toast to Tradition’ is a heartfelt celebration of the classic Winefest experience that so many know and love. It’s also the perfect moment to savor the past, because something bold and exciting is on the horizon. While we’re not quite ready to uncork the full details, 2026 will mark the 35th anniversary of Winefest and the beginning of a fresh, elevated chapter unlike anything we’ve done before.”
