Geneva, April 14, 2025 – Baghera/wines opened a remarkable new chapter with the 10th edition of its quarterly auctions: Kipling #10. Held on Friday, April 11, 2025, in Geneva and livestreamed from Club 1865, the sale brought together discerning enthusiasts of fine and historic wines. Kipling #10, titled “Legends, The 20th Century in Bottles”, achieved a total of CHF 914,829, with 88.2% of lots sold. The auction saw bids soar to 30% above the low estimate, underscoring both the relevance of the selection and the enduring passion of collectors. With 254 out of 288 lots sold, the auction stood out for its strong momentum, driven by a connected international audience, with active bidders primarily from Europe and Asia. Their engagement reaffirmed the global appeal of the Geneva-based house in the rare wine market.

The great Bordeaux wines dominated the ranking of the top lots.
- Lot 240 – 6 bottles, Mouton Rothschild 1961 : top-lot of the sale sold for CHF 21’960 (est. CHF 10’000-20’000)
- Lot 207 – 6 bottles, La Mission Haut-Brion 1955 : high estimate surpassed, sold for CHF 12’200 (est. CHF 5’000-10’000)
- Lot 140 – 6 bottles, Latour 1937 : sold for CHF 7’930 (est. CHF 3’200-6’400)

- Lot 1 – one bottle, Corton “Clos du Roi” 1865, Cave des Ducs d’Albufera sold for CHF 7’320 (est. CHF 2’600-5’200)
- Lot 25 – one bottle, La Romanée 1919, Marey & Liger-Belair : sold for CHF 7’320 (est. CHF 3’000-6’000)
- Lot 199 – two magnums, Romanée-Saint-Vivant 1955, Bouchard Aîné & Fils sold for CHF 7’930 (est. CHF 1’800-3’600)
