Trinchero Family Wine & Spirits Appoints Corey Beck Chief Operating Officer

ST. HELENA, Calif., April 7, 2025 – Trinchero Family Wine & Spirits today announced Corey Beck as chief operating officer for the family-owned business based in the Napa Valley for more than 75 years. Corey will join Trinchero May 1st, and report directly to President and CEO Bob Torkelson, who has led the company since succeeding Roger Trinchero in 2004. A Calistoga native with three decades of leadership in the wine industry, Beck’s winemaking background and depth of expertise in the beverage alcohol industry will complement the Trinchero portfolio that now spans more than 50 brands.

“We are excited to welcome Corey to Trinchero,” said third generation family member and Vice Chairman and Senior Vice President Mario Trinchero. “We know his perspective will be valuable to our organization, and his demonstrated success in winemaking and operating family businesses will help us as we continue to grow and position our company for ongoing success and innovation.”

Prior to joining Trinchero, Beck served as a senior executive with Delicato Family Wines and spent over 20 years with Francis Ford Coppola Winery. His leadership extends across various facets of the industry, from production and vineyard management to strategic partnerships and international expansion.

At Trinchero, Beck will oversee Winemaking, Viticulture, Production, Finance, IT, Human Resources, and Export teams, ensuring operational efficiency and continued innovation across all aspects of the business. His appointment comes as Trinchero continues to strengthen its portfolio, building on recent distribution partnerships and collaborations with fine wine partners in Spain and Italy. “I am honored to join Trinchero Family Wine & Spirits, where family ownership ensures authenticity and long-term commitment, which serve as the foundation of our industry,” said Beck. “I look forward to working with Bob, Mario, and the team to build on Trinchero’s strong foundation and drive future success.”
